Guestbook Update

I\'ve at last got round to updating the guestbook script so that each new entry now has a status associated with it, in order to put a stop the spam entries I keep getting. By default all new entries in the guestbook will be given an \"unpublished\" status and will not be visible until I have set that status to \"published\".
